CROWN GAS accepts orders for the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. only — Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible. Review fulfillment, timing, tracking, and verification rules before ordering.
We sell and ship only within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses cannot be served. Because nitrous oxide cylinders are regulated for transport, an address that passes checkout is not a guarantee of service — if a carrier cannot lawfully or safely deliver, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Orders are fulfilled after payment clears and any required age or order checks are complete. FedEx delivery is typically estimated at 3–7 business days from fulfillment. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier limits, address corrections, inventory transfers, and verification requests can all extend the timeline. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Orders ship from California or New York, depending on the destination, carrier eligibility, and stock on hand. A single order may arrive in more than one shipment when items are stored at different warehouses.
Free standard FedEx shipping is included with every current product within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. — nothing is added at checkout. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.
Give a complete street address and accurate contact details. P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, reshipping services, and any location that cannot legally receive regulated cylinders are not eligible. Do not order if receiving or holding this product is prohibited at your address.
Products are sold to adults for lawful culinary use. New York orders require a purchaser who is at least 21, with age verification. We may ask for extra information, use a verification provider, require an adult signature, or cancel an order when eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Tracking links are emailed to the checkout address once the carrier makes them available. Inspect the package on arrival, and never use a cylinder that is damaged, leaking, unusually warm, or has a compromised valve. If a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us with the order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery. For packages the carrier marks as delivered, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
